Following on from Citrus Virtual's creation of a small teaching environment for the Research Observatory department of the University of the West of England, Bristol, we have now been engaged to create a larger dedicated island for the RO and other departments in the university. With this project we are looking to provide a Second Life university island that is a little different from most. More focussed on the virtual and its use as a teaching platform and on interaction between the university and the wider Second Life world. Project build pictures and more information will follow soon!
